Having a tough time keeping up with the blogging lately!
Monday (Day 2): I went to boot camp, as always. My pal Kelli joined my gym a month or so ago, and I was so excited to see her come to class on Monday! She did awesome for her first one : ) it was fun to have someone I know in the class with me. After boot camp, I did the elliptical for 20 minutes to get some extra cardio in.
Tuesday (Day 3): Had a 60 minute workout - 30 minutes on the Stairmaster and 30 minutes running on the treadmill. My legs were SO tired and sore after that.
Wednesday (Day 4): Took a rest day, which I'll swap for Friday's rest day. My legs were just feeling too sore and tired to want to do anything. I took my bike to get the back tire repaired - had to have the inner tube replaced. There was a small staple in the tire poking into the inner tube, causing a slow leak. Thanks, Mr. Staple for costing me $20. At least it was a quick, easy & cheap fix.
